1. Who can participate
Anyone, either an individual or a business, can be a "Referrer". To receive referral bonus payments however, the referrer (“you”) must be a registered user. buySAFE, Inc. will credit your account One Dollar for each referral that results in the referred person successfully installing Shopping Advisor on her computer. A referred person must be a resident of the United States. From time to time, buySAFE may offer special bonus amounts for referrals. During such promotional periods, the promotional bonus amount will be added to your account if referrals are made during the promotional period.
2. How to participate
You must be a buySAFE registered user to participate in the Referral Program and accrue rewards. In order to register for buySAFE, go to www.buysafe.com and click on “Referral Program”. Select the “create an account” link and register for buySAFE. Your account will need to be validated by buySAFE, Inc.. Once your account has been approved, access your buySAFE dashboard and select the “Shopping Advisor” tab. Your personal Referral code and promotional kit are available in this section.
3. How to refer
Refer Shopping Advisor to your friends, family and individuals with whom you have an established relationship, or include links, banners, graphics promoting Shopping Advisor on your website, blog or email campaigns. Your referral initiatives must include your unique referral code/link for you to receive credit. Your unique referral links are available within your buySAFE dashboard.
4. Prohibited Promotional Methods
By registering to buySAFE and using the Referral Program, you agree that you will not use any of the following promotional methods. No referral rewards will be paid to you if you engage in such activities.
4.1 Spamming: Spamming is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Adult materials: You may not promote Shopping Advisor using adult materials or on adult websites or services.
4.3 Violent materials: You may not promote Shopping Advisor using materials we deem violent.
4.4 Promoting Shopping Advisor via a downloadable software, unless you have written prior approval from buySAFE to do this.
4.5 Use misleading product description to promote Shopping Advisor. Approved product descriptions are available on buySAFE.com or in your buySAFE user Dashboard.
5. How to track your referrals
You can track all your successful referrals via your buySAFE account at www.buysafe.com (just type in your email and password to login)
6. Referral bonus amounts
A $1.00 referral bonus will be credited to your bonus account as soon as each referral successfully installs Shopping Advisor, up to 10,000 such bonus payments. If your cumulative referral rewards exceed $10,000, then you will need to contact buySAFE customer support in order have buySAFE approve resumption of your referral activities (customersupport@buysafe.com).
From time to time, buySAFE may offer special bonus amounts for referrals. During such promotional periods, the promotional bonus amount will be added to your account if referrals are made during the promotional period. Existing accrued bonus amounts before the promotional period will not be modified by the promotion terms.

7. Referral qualifications
A referred person must be a human and be a resident of the United States or its territories. Only one payment per unique referred person is allowed. In the event of multiple referrals to the same person, the first one processed by buySAFE, Inc. will determine which referrer receives the payment. In the event of a dispute around this or any aspect of the program, the decision of buySAFE, Inc. will be final.
8. Referral bonus payments
Every Referrer who has accrued total referral bonuses of $25 USD or more will be paid via a direct payment through PayPal during the first week of the month. If you are not yet a PayPal user, you will need to register with PayPal to receive your funds. Payments will be sent to the email address used to register the Shopping Advisor that was used for the referrals. The minimum bonus payment buySAFE will pay is $25.00. In other words, a Referrer must make enough referrals to earn at least $25 before a bonus payment will be sent. If the minimum is not met in time for the payment cycle, the Referrer will not be sent a payment until the next monthly payment cycle in which the $25 minimum has been reached. You may decide to donate your rewards to a charity of your choice. Please visit your buySAFE dashboard for further details on payments and donations.
9. Limitations
buySAFE reserves the right not to pay referral bonuses to any Referrer buySAFE suspects of cheating, fraud, illegal activity, spamming or otherwise improperly abusing or trying to defraud the program or buySAFE.
10. Right to change program terms
buySAFE reserves the right to change the terms of this program or to terminate this program at any time. Any new program terms will be posted on www.buysafe.com.
