Report a fraud

1. Inform buySAFE. Send an e-mail with details to fraud@buysafe.com.
2. File a Complaint with The IC3. The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). Click here to file a complaint with IC3.
3. Notify the Marketplace and Payment Service. If the fraud was committed on a specific marketplace (e.g., eBay.com) and if you paid for the item(s) with a third-party payment service, you should notify these service providers as soon as possible.
