C# and ASP.NET Software Developer
buySAFE is looking for a full time web/software developer to join the team. You must be a self-starter that can learn and grow with the position. You need to be a strong team-player, and be able to work both on your own and within a team. You’ll be invited to participate in the full software development life cycle, bringing your own experience to the team.
You must have 1 or more years of software development experience, preferably in a fast paced, web-based engineering environment, or recent university coursework. Additional requirements include:
- 1 to 3 years of programming web applications using C#, ASP.NET
- 1 to 3 years of programming experience using SQL Server
- Demonstrated experience in developing custom applications involving databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server 2000, via ADO and ADO.Net
- Knowledge of Flash and Actionscript is a plus
- Nice to have experience with Web Services, SOAP, and XML
- Nice to have background in developing and maintaining classic ASP applications
- Demonstrated ability to understand, debug, and maintain legacy code application
- Ability to come up to speed quickly by learning the system and business rules
- Ability to work in a dynamic team, with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and Adaptable in handling customer tasking and priorities
- Good communication skills
