View Your Bond / Guarantee

If you have recently made a bonded or guaranteed purchase from a buySAFE Merchant, you can view the details of the bond or guarantee for your transaction by entering your information below.

• If you purchased from a Bonded Merchant and received a buySAFE bond: Enter your email address used during the transaction and your bond number in the fields below (The bond number was included in the e-mail that buySAFE sent you at the close of the transaction.).
• Important: If you purchased from a Guaranteed Merchant and received a buySAFE guarantee: The guarantee number was provided to you on the order confirmation page. You must first register to buySAFE to activate and view your guarantee. If you have already activated your guarantee, enter the guarantee number and your email below.
• If you purchased from a seller on eBay, Overstock or TIAS: Enter the screen name (or user ID) you used during the transaction and your bond number.
