UPS Tracking numbers will be sent via email when an order is shipped from our warehouse. Tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.ups.com.
Shipping Restrictions:
• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Submission of a shipping address to a PO Box or APO address can result in a delay of you order.
•Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays. Weekend delivery days are valid for Next Day Air Saturday delivery only. If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please call us at 1-877-834-1434 to place your order.
• Oversize items: Please note that Jomashop.com does not provide a shipping charge for oversized items, or any of the premium services issued by United Parcel Service. We will contact you via email or phone notifying you of any extra shipping charges prior to shipping. In the event of extra charges by UPS we will charge your credit card accordingly.
• Shipments outside of the United States will be subjected to extra shipping charges. For shipments outside of the continental United States, please view our International Orders section.

Delivery of Order:
Orders shipped out via UPS do not officially require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS driver to make alternative arrangements.
Shipping Problems:
If an item that was ordered was lost, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jomashop.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located UPS and USPS will process a claim for the package.
If an item was received damaged for any reason please contact Jomashop.com as soon as possible. We will need to contact the carrier of the item and process a claim for the damages. Please DO NOT discard the original shipping carton, as the carrier may want to inspect it.
Claims usually take about two weeks to process. If UPS claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your order, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jomashop.com and a replacement item will be shipped out. If that item is no longer available, and a similar watch is not wanted, Jomashop.com will gladly refund your original payment.
When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order, please contact Jomashop.com as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems.
Item Problems:
If the item received is not what was ordered, please contact Jomashop.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified to Jomashop after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.

Return Policy
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
In addition to our standard 30 day money back guarantee, all orders placed between November 1, 2007, and December 15, 2007, will be eligible for an extended exchange period. All holiday exchange requests must comply with the return policy instructions as stated below. In order to process an exchange the customer must contact Jomashop.com before January 15, 2008. All items that are intended to be exchanged must be physically received in our warehouse within 5 business days of the deadline. Items that are received after the exchange deadline will not be accepted, and returned to the customer. Jomashop.com will gladly accept the return or exchange of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from when your order was shipped from our warehouse. Return Policy Specifications:
Returns or exchanges received by Jomashop.com after the 30-day period or without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Watches with links removed, as well as watches without all original packaging and manuals will also not be accepted.
Jomashop.com must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped to the customer, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Jomashop.com will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, sized, worn, or items that have been special ordered. You will be contacted prior to shipping if your item is considered a “special order”.
We cannot issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or band. All packaging and manuals included with the returned product must be received in the same new condition as originally sent to the customer. We do not sell used items and will not accept any watch with any indication that shows use by the consumer.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to Jomashop.com. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued and our customer profiles are updated. Jomashop.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item purchased. It is not necessary to insure packages for retail prices of watches.
All returns not accepted by Jomashop.com will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense, using fully insured UPS Ground shipping (usually $8-$40, depending on insurance). Please note that any online or phone orders placed by any watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, any sellers or resellers of watches or timepieces are not refundable, exchangeable and cannot be returned back to Jomashop.com.
How To Return A Purchase To Jomashop.com:

3. Pack the item carefully and include all packaging and manuals.
4. Print, fill out, sign, and include the emailed return authorization form with your package.

Jomashop.com will accept payments for purchases in the form of credit card, wire transfer, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check. Jomashop.com highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card or wire transfer. You may browse the following payment methods below for details:
Credit Card
Jomashop.com accepts the following credit card payments for online and phone orders:

Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Authorizations freeze up the dollar amount from your account, in order to ensure that these funds are available when Jomashop.com charges after the order ships.
Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Jomashop.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Jomashop.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order. For orders placed with a credit card that is issued outside the United States, please see our International Order section.
Different Shipping and Billing Addresses:
Jomashop.com recommends that billing and shipping addresses should be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to Jomashop.com must be verified. We offer the option to ship to different shipping and billing addresses, but customer service may contact you to provide additional information. Usually customers have two options to confirm their shipping address or conflicting billing address:
• Dial the phone number on the back of your credit card to register a shipping address with your bank. Our order processing department will follow-up with your bank and authenticate this address. Or
• Fax us a copy (front and back) of the driver’s license and credit card associated with the order. Please make this Xerox copy at a light contrast. Identification too dark will not be legible and Jomashop.com will request a re-fax.Identity confirmation is determined on a case-by-case basis, in order to combat fraudulent orders. If no identification confirmation is obtained, the order submitted will not be shipped out of our warehouse, and your order will be delayed and eventually cancelled. These precautions, as specified above, are for the best interest and safety of our Jomashop.com customers.
Note to Fraudulent orders:
We take online fraud seriously! If a bogus order is submitted, Jomashop.com will notify the cardholder, the credit card company, and cooperate with Federal authorities to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen credit cards to purchase products. All fraudulent orders will be turned over immediately to the FBI, and local police in your immediate area, and we will cooperate with them in all attempts to prosecute offenders.
What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order? If you receive a “declined” error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. Jomashop.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank’s online authorization program. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order your watch online again and proceed to checkout.
Checks:
Payment via money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. Please call 877-834-1434 to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number over the phone or email. Please include your order number on the “memo” section of your check. You may mail your check to Jomashop.com with the following enclosed:
1. Your Order Number
2. Your Name, Shipping Address, Email, Contact Number, and Model Number of Watch Ordered
3. Your Signed Check with your order number in the “memo” section
Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped if stock is still available. If inventory is no longer available, your payment will be returned. After a payment is received, it usually takes one to two weeks to ship out your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.
Jomashop.com does not recommend payment with checks. Why? Purchases made by check payment can take weeks to process, when compared to the instantaneous payment submission for a domestic wire transfer or credit card. By the time that the check clears, our onhand inventory for your order may be outdated and stock cannot be guaranteed. If a credit card is not available Jomashop.com recommends using a wire transfer for payment.
Wire Transfer
Jomashop.com accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Jomashop.com will deduct 3% off your order total if a wire transfer is used for payment. Wire transfer orders cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. Jomashop.com usually receives domestic wire transfers the same business day; international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. Please contact Jomashop.com after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will ship and you will be emailed a UPS tracking number.

International Orders
Online Payment:
International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Jomashop.com will also charge a processing fee for all orders containing an international shipping address. This charge will be calculated during checkout and combined with the shipping charges for all international shipping addresses orders. Please note that if an international billing address orders ships within the continental United States, a 4% international processing fee will be added to your total when the order ships.
Verification:
All online international orders are verified through our Paily payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be considerably delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.
Wire Transfer Payment:
In addition to credit card payments, Jomashop.com also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending Jomashop.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Duty:
Jomashop.com will not charge any duty for an international order. International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping:

You will be emailed a USPS tracking number when your item ships. International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. Shipping Problems:
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Jomashop. Our Watches Are Authentic
Jomashop.com purchases goods via “authorized” dealers and Jomashop.com will warranty watches purchased from our website. We buy our watches from authorized dealers, and respected industry wholesalers, and/or distributors; therefore we have no pricing restrictions. In turn, we pass the huge savings on to you.
• Watches are brand new, first quality, with all original parts and authentic.
• Watches have the original manufactures serial numbers intact.
• Watches are not: refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products.
• Watches have a 1 to 5 year warranty program (see chart below for details).
Warranty: Since Jomashop.com does not sell products through the manufacture’s pricing guidelines; we cannot give a manufacturer’s warranty with the product. A manufacture’s warranty card may not be issued or may not have an authorized dealer stamp.

Watch Warranty
Jomashop.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website (see chart below for exceptions) from 1 to 5 years after purchase. While the merchandise is 100% authentic in its source of manufacturer and components, since we are not an authorized distributor, the warranty of the watches may be provided by Jomashop and not by the manufacturer (unless otherwise noted on the warranty chart below). In all other respects (except for the warranty), the watch is identical to the manufacturers product. Jomashop.com and its affiliates have been in business since 1985. We stand behind our products.
Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty will cover battery replacement for the first 2 months of ownership. Jomashop.com is authorized to issue up to a $10 battery replacement credit for watches that are received with a non-working battery.
Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. Jomashop.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Jomashop.com. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

When sending in your watch for warranty service, please follow the following procedure:
1.Call us at 877-834-1434 to set up a repair authorization
2. Send the watch back to us. Include the watch (without the manufacturer packaging and manuals) with the following information:
• Your name
• Original invoice number (or copy of your invoice)
• A brief and to-the-point description of the problem
• Your return address, phone number and e-mail address
Do not include the original manuals or manufacturer packaging with your repair (for Jomashop cannot guarantee that the packaging will be returned). Please pack your watch securely and use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you should insure your watch for its purchase price. It is not necessary to insure your watch for the full retail price.
Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand name and the specific problem of the watch. Usually warranty service repairs take about six to eight weeks for repair. When your watch service is completed, a UPS tracking number will be emailed. Jomashop.com will pay for UPS Ground Shipping back to the customer.

Sales Tax:
Jomashop.com is primarily an e-commerce webiste, but we are open to any wholesalocated in New York State, every order shipped domestically with New York State are subjected to 8.375% sales tax. Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State taxes laws.

Select watches sold on Jomashop.com may be considered a “special order” and may be subjected to a limited return policy. “Special Orders” may be watches that we do not have in our warehouse or watches that we do not have on our website and need to be custom ordered from our distributor. Generally, the special ordered watches subject to return policy limitations have a sale price of over $3000.
You will be notified if your watch ordered is considered to be a “special order” prior to shipping out of our warehouse. Any return policy limitations to your order will be reviewed and agreed upon before shipping.
